Lifetime Deal (LTD) Terms

1. Definition:

A Lifetime Deal refers to a one-time payment that the User makes to access the specified services of the Company for the life of the service or product.

2. Payment:

The User agrees to pay the one-time fee associated with the Lifetime Deal, as specified at the time of purchase. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

3. Access and Usage:

The LTD grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Company’s services as long as the services are available. The User agrees to comply with all the terms, conditions, and policies of the Company while using the services.

4. Support and Updates:

The LTD includes access to support and updates for the product or service that belong to the particular plan the LTD offer is associated with, as long as the product or service is maintained by the Company. The Company reserves the right to discontinue the product or service, and in such case, the LTD will cease, and no refunds will be provided.

5. Termination:

The Company reserves the right to terminate the User's access to the services if the User violates any terms of this agreement or any other agreement with the Company. Upon termination, the User will lose all access to the services purchased under the LTD, and no refunds will be provided.

6. Discontinuation of Offer or Product:

The Company reserves the right to discontinue the Lifetime Deal offer or the product at any time, without notice, and no refunds will be provided for any previous purchases.

7. Limitation of Liability:

The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the LTD shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the LTD.

8. Miscellaneous:

This LTD does not grant any rights or licenses to the User, other than those expressly stated in this agreement. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this LTD at any time, with notice to the User.
